1. Eligibility The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Continal, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
2. Offer Details Customers will receive a free ENGO ECAM when they purchase 5 ENGO thermostats The offer applies only to purchases made during the promotional period.
3. Limitations One offer per customer unless otherwise stated. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special offer. The offer has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
4. Redemption To qualify, customers must comply with all stated requirements. Any incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid claims will not be accepted.
5. Returns and Refunds If a product purchased under this promotion is returned, any refund will be subject to the business's standard returns policy. Promotional discounts may be deducted from any refund amount where applicable.
6. Availability The offer is subject to availability. Continal reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.
7. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law. Subject to the above, Continal shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion.

9. General The promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the offer is final. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
