Simplifying the Warranty Process

To ensure that your warranty remains valid, our products must be installed and used in accordance with our system design and installation instructions. If you encounter any defects within the warranty period, simply notify us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 0333 800 1750. We will require photos and other information to evaluate the return request, and in some cases, we may need to send the article for testing.
Floor heating pipe, panels, fitting systems, manifolds, valves, adapters, mixing systems and water controls are guaranteed for 20 years.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will refund or replace the item and cover the return and delivery charges. Our terms and conditions of sale apply to all warranty claims.
